The poach pod is very flexible silicone cooking tool for poaching eggs, baking and molding.The silicone poach pods are lightwight.They are the right size of pods.You can cook anything in these silicone pods.They really do have multiple uses and functions.They make poaching eggs pretty easy.Health Benefits of Poached Eggs:A poached egg contains only 70 calories, as opposed to fried eggs or scrambled eggs which are often accompanied by butter, milk, and cheese. A large poached egg supplies more than 6 grams of high-quality protein, 4.7 grams of mostly unsaturated fat and significant amounts of vitamin D, antioxidant compounds and choline – a nutrient essential to Healthy Brain Function. Wash your poachers.Boil water at least 4 inches deep in a pot.Grease them with Pam Spray or olive or vegetable oil.Crack one egg into each poacher.Place into pot cover with lid but watch carefully. Cook 4-6 minutes.It will cooked for 5 minutes. You will have to experiment with the cooking times to get the poached egg you like. The little bowls kinda float in the boiling water and the eggs all cook perfectly and evenly.I love the bright colors on these silicon Poach Pods.They come in v of 

Pink, Yellow, Green, Blue.You do have two options as far as colors go, you can pick the darker set or you can pick the lighter set. Both have the same colors the only difference is the hues.I put a bit of oil in in the pod so that the egg doesnt stick and comes out neat and clean, but it doesn’t take much oil at all.I like the fact that they themselves don’t get hot. You of course have to be careful not to put your fingers into the boiling water but they are not hot. They are easy to wash, easy to store, handy.They makes poaching eggs pretty easy.I like them!
