These bundles is great for working out at home.These are great for me and my family.The set of resistance bands they includes five resistance,two soft foam handles,one neoprene ankle strap,one oversized door anchor and a convenient zipper carrying bag.You have everything you need to take with you anywhere to get your exercise in.No bulky weights. Just a simple bag with bands.I love that it has so many bands, each at a new weight and has the door attachment!If you’re not used to used stretch bands it will take a few attempts to learn a routine and how to properly use them.You can clip multiple bands together to get a lot of resistance.I can feel the results immediately after I work out. It has helped build my strength.I use the band’s all the time.Like any workout routine, they’ll help keep you in shape if you’re dedicated and use them regularly, eat healthy, etc. There are many options for how to use these, what parts of your body to work out.The door attachment isn’t really an attachment per se; it’s a piece of the corded material with a smaller-than-a-marble size ball sewn in one end, and you stick that on the other side of the door then shut the door. If someone opens that door while you have those bands stretched out, duck, jump, run or squat. Or, you know, just lock the door.I have been using mine everyday since. I can carry it when I travel.These bands are great to have when you travel to keep the routine goingTo helps me to workout in the confines of the room.It is a gym in the bag.There are perfect for post surgery rehab.Worked very well me to continue at-home rehab after surgery.I find it best to start my routine with something easy and then build up to higher levels of effort during my exercise session. I often use them in the evenings while watching the news. There’s a risk of being injured if the bands break when stretched, so one should inspect them before each use. For me the stretch bands are convenient and easy to store in my small bag, but they are not substitutes for lifting actual weights in the gym.They are provided for a great work out.Everything I need to try ad get back in shape.This is a great set of resistance bands.
